I have Kaiser permanente Health Ins. can i still suscribe for wic?

Hi everyone ...i have a 6 months old baby and loving it but my husband and i have to buy food and diaper... and we all know that it is expensive....ive heard that i cant get wic because of Kaiser. can i stil get wic with my kaiser ins?
