Gahhh someone help me! Belly piercin gone wrong or what!?

I had my belly done like 8 months ago! & all was well but i started to notice that the bar was like wearin away at my skin!!! n now its got so thin ive had to take it out.. its been like 3 days since i did n now the skin has full on ripped! no chance of puttin it back in theres no hole anymore! its horrible! will i ever b able to get it re dun? x
