Are his bloodlines good? (Quarter horse)?

I don't see anything of real note, but that doesn't mean the horse isn't a great horse. When looking for good breeding and good bloodlines, generally a show record is an important doent to look over. Conformation of the horse is also important. You want the horses being bred to be as close to the breed ideal as possible. Unfortunately, not many horses 'up front' on this pedigree have pictures links. For those that do, look at the pictures and compare them to your horses conformation.
