What a mess. You said in the beginning that you had an attorney, contact him and see what he can do. You should have a real estate attorney. Contact NACA.com. They should have a list of consumer attorneys in your area. Have been reading about this stuff going on with different lenders and they seem to be getting away with it. They want your property, it is that plain and simple. Feel for you, I am in foreclosure also. Good Luck and do not let them get away with this they all need to be stopped.
