Transformers in Guitar rack tuners?

Voltage is impossible for me to tell you, current should be about .081mA. When I have issues with my gear I call the tech support people and bug them until they send me schematics. You can always plug it in and test the secondary side (VERY CAREFULLY!!!) with a multimeter set to AC ranged to 100-300 volts.
