Concern about when handleing tarantula?

i have a costa rican zebra a chillian rose and a aviculiaria spp (baby) and i handle them all alot ....my concern tho is that sometimes when holding my larger rose and zebra it feels like little pin pricks where their feet are is this normal and what is causeing it if so is it tibial hooks?
