How can I comfort my 6 wk old son who I believe has colic?

I am helpless he just screams and cries and I know his tummy is full, he has been burped, and doesn't need a diaper. I feel like I have tried everything. He seems to do ok sometimes with drives but gas is too high to drive him around every time he does it! Someone give me advice please!
