Why do other men find me y and not my husband?

I have lost 30 pounds and get lots of compliments and flirted with some but my husband will not tell me I look y, pretty or say I look good for nothing...... I lost the weight to entice him not the world he says I nag about him not giving me the attention I want that is why I don't get what I want is this an excuse or do you think he is for real???? I think he making up excuses and is taking me for granted...... MISTAKE..........
