What would you do if you were in my shoes? so stressed?

My aunt has been falling a lot...She's around 80 yrs old. This morning she fell down in the bathroom and a couple of days ago she forgot she was cooking something and there was smoke all over the house. Her son is a bit not there in mind, so I am all she has though I am not even a blood relative. We met 6 nyrs ago and have been great friends. I am hesistant to ask her about her affairs...she has 3 houses and I live in one of the houses with her. She keeps saying it's only me and her son she has, but I am the one cooking food for her and checking up on her, her son or her grand son who live 5 doors away hardly care. I am scared that I'll wake up and she won't be here anymore. I am not interested in her stuff, but need to ask her where she keeps important doents should she have to go to hospital or if worse happens. Her house is absolutely disgusting, I helped mop her kitchen with pinesol and disinfected her bathroom, but the odor wouldn't go away. She thinks she's clean! I asked her to get a cleaner and she seemed adamant..My husband thinks she's using me because she has the money to live better, but she doesn't. Her family have neither checked in on her or given her food. It's been me cooking and taking her food. I am not doing it to get anything in return, but only because if it was me I would want help, too. What do you think?
