Should i call dhs on my neighbors?

My neighbors have 2 small children. I know one is a baby and the other is probably 2. Anyways, everyday and I mean everyday they yell at the oldest child. The dad is always saying " I'm gonna beat ur ***, shut the hell up" I heard him once call the little boy a mother ******. The mom said don't call him that. She seems to take up for the boy when he's yelling, yet she yells at him also. I ume they r trying to potty train him bc one day she was like "omg that's a waste of a ******* pull up" to the kid. Then I heard the dad say if you pee again I'm gonna beat ur ***". They also fight and argue constantly around the kids. After a fight one day, I heard the baby crying and the mom was screaming at the baby and then closed the patio door. My heart breaks for these kids bc they are so helpless. What should I do?
