My local area sucks, how do i go about meeting new people?? (age:15)?

My school has NO girls that want to do anything FUN. no, not the water bowling party fun... everyone is either a major slut and go for older guys, or they just wont do anything! theres a school like 1 min walk from ours with people who will! how do i get to them!?? i have friends their and im building off them, but DAMMIT its going to slowly! what can i do to speed meeting people up??
