Magic the Gathering MTG: Is this a good enough White/Blue Control Deck?

when playing with Stormtide Leviathan that you want your creatures to either have flying and/or Island walk, that way it makes your deck more efficient and possibly render your opponent useless, you have your Control set up pretty well, so to say its a pretty satisfy, just throw in some equal or more strength creatures to hel[p out with your Leviathan and you are pretty well set. :D
