Looking Cute when i cant wash my hair ? (missions trip)?

I am going to Guatemala for a month this march for a month long cultural exchange ( kind of like a missions trip but without the christian aspect). We will be living in a remote villiage and will not be allowed to shower often. I am scared that my hair will end up looking like **** for a month infront of my peers. What are some tips to looking cute under these conditions?
