Does any Canadian government offer compensation to eco-friendly businesses?

I'm looking for things like tax-cuts or subsidies or discounts. I'm not sure whether it's the federal government or the provincial that may offer these types of services but I'm open to anything. Please, if you can, leave a website or source where I can find more information on this. Thanks!
